CTO / Engineering Co-Founder

We are seeking a mechanical, structural, aerospace, or systems engineer to lead RESQPOD’s technical development.

Responsibilities include:

Leading CAD and engineering workflows

Supporting structural and environmental modeling

Coordinating prototype development

Overseeing technical milestones and feasibility

Participating in future fundraising presentations

This is an equity-only role until funding is secured.

CFO / Financial & Fundraising Co-Founder

We are seeking a financial strategist with experience in:

Early-stage fundraising

Grant applications

Financial modeling

Investor materials

Capital and operational planning

This role is essential for preparing the company for grant eligibility, angel funds, and government contracting pathways. Equity-only until funding.

Advisor Opportunities

We are open to advisors with experience in:

Emergency management

Government contracting (FEMA, DoD, DHS)

Industrial safety systems

Fabrication & manufacturing

Risk and compliance
